Conditions of Hire:

• Both the trailer and horse float remain in the ownership of Lodge Equestrian Leather & Canvas Ltd T/as Tackskshop.co.nz at all times.

• The Horse Float and Trailer are to only be towed by a suitable road-worthy vehicle.

• The Hirer is responsible for checking lights, indicators, tyres, and towing connections before each trip.

• The Hirer is not to undertake any modifications, alterations, or rewiring of either trailer unless agreed to by the owner.

• The Hirer is responsible for paying any traffic infringement fines gained during the period of hire.

• The Hirer will be liable for any repair costs due to damage caused from hiring the horse float or trailer. This should be covered by the hirer's insurance. If not fully covered, The Hirer will be liable to pay any insurance excess.

• The Hirer authorises any insurance excess or damage costs to be charged to the credit card provided.

• The Horse Float and Trailer must be returned clean and hosed out.  Failure to do so will result in a $50 Cleaning Fee being deducted from the Bond.
