If you order an item and it does not fit as you like, there is noproblem to return the item to us for an exchange of size, or a storecredit. We will not issue refunds unless an item is faulty and unable to be replaced. Please also note that we are unable to exchange or refund on saddlesunder any circumstances once they have left the shop, unless of coursethey are faulty. Any extra freight charges associated with exchanging products is to be charged to you, the customer. When Returning an Item: Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return, and a short note advising what you would like as a replacement, or if you would prefer a store credit, and how you would like to pay the return freight. Note: we can not charge extra freight on to your credit card if you paid by Paypal as we do not keep your credit card records on site, so you will need to provide your credit card details again, or include cash or a cheque.
